This partnership marks Tolkowsky's debut in the Indian market.

CKC's 14,000sq ft showroom now houses several Tolkowsky collections including its Signature, Heritage, Tumbling, Loop and Twist lines. All these collections comprise Ideal Triple Excellent Cut diamonds set either in platinum or 18k white gold.

"CKC and Tolkowsky have been doing business for several years and it is the first time that the brand is available as an exclusive range in India," said CKC's MD, Vinod Hayagriv.

CKC also plans to launch these Tolkowsky collections in various cities across the country along with its own line of fine diamonds and jewellery, he added.

In addition, the two companies intend to unveil a collaborative Indian line in the future.

"The CKC-Tolkowsky range includes the Indian line developed by CKC and the diamonds will be cut and polished between the Thailand and Botswana factories of Tolkowsky," Hayagriv said.

With a heritage of close to 135 years ago, CKC is a manufacturer and supplier diamonds, jewellery and silverware.

Tolkowsky has a seven generation history of the art of diamond cutting.
